About the Role: As the Center of Excellence (CoE) Sourcing Manager, you will be responsible for driving process improvements and optimizations across various sourcing functions.
You Will:
- Lead initiatives on improved sourcing processes and building best practices throughout the broader team.
- Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) to track sourcing performance.
- Provide sourcing expertise and process support to stakeholders and customers.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders regarding process improvement.
- Identify and implement tools, techniques, and methodologies that enhance sourcing efficiency.
- Analyze sourcing data and trends to uncover opportunities for improvement.
- Facilitate training sessions and workshops to enhance team capabilities.
- Develop regular progress reports.
You Have:
- 5+ years of sourcing or procurement experience.
- BS/BA degree or equivalent years of Business Management, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Strong experience with process improvement methodologies.
- Excellent analytical skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven ability to manage projects.
- Ability to track and report on multiple KPIs.
Experience in pharmaceutical environments is a plus.
Knowledge of ERP systems, sourcing software, and supplier management platforms is a plus.
Ability to work in a fast-paced constantly evolving environment.
Up to 35% travel required.
Conditions of Employment:
- Working with Hazardous Drugs (HD) requires PPE.
- Medical approval to wear respiratory protection (N95, full face respirator, SCBA, or PAPR) is required.
- Physical exertion required, including walking, standing, squatting, bending, and lifting.
- Must be able to lift up to 50lbs.
- Must understand potential risks of handling hazardous drugs (teratogenicity, carcinogenicity, reproductive effects).
Compensation Range:
$105,000 – $125,000 USD
