What You'll Do:
- Drive customer goal focus and continuous improvement.
- Manage customer engagement initiatives.
- Forge partnerships with customers and colleagues.
- Manage CAM engagements using project management best practices.
- Ensure platform adoption and customer success.
- Provide technical and functional expertise.
- Demonstrate the Coupa platform and configurations.
- Create/improve templates, training, and presentations.
- Share experiences with customers and colleagues.
- Work in individual and team settings.
- Manage customers; up to 25% travel.
What You Will Bring to Coupa:
- Expertise in Coupa Sourcing Optimization software.
- Strong client management skills.
- SaaS experience (a plus).
