Sr. Accounts Payable Specialist

Oversee and enhance the Accounts Payable (A/P) function.

Supervise full-cycle A/P services, manage complex payment runs, and ensure compliance with purchase orders.

• Respond to A/P inquiries
• Invoice and payment administration
• Manage payment runs
• Purchase order verification
• Vendor statement reconciliation
• Audit and reporting support
• Team Leadership and Communication
• Maintain compliance
• Communicate A/P needs

Required Skills/Experience

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field
• 4+ years of relevant work experience
• Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics GP
• Knowledge of US GAAP principles
• Proficiency with Excel and other Microsoft programs
• Ability to professionally communicate in verbal and written English
• Computer literacy

Preferred Requirements

• CAPP or related certification
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks
• Maintain strict confidentiality
