We’re looking for a Senior Analyst, Revenue Strategy to join Procore’s Revenue Strategy and Planning team. You will help execute go-to-market (GTM) initiatives for Procore and customers.
Your work includes quantitative and qualitative analyses, developing financial models, and executing plans to support GTM initiatives.
You will partner with leaders across GTM teams (Sales, Customer Success, Marketing) to generate alignment, and understand their businesses and goals.
As a successful Senior Analyst, Revenue Strategy, you’ll drive impact on strategy and execution initiatives. You’ll work on impactful strategic initiatives affecting customer acquisition and service, and partner with GTM teams to execute strategies.
What you'll do:
- Partner with GTM Strategy & Planning, GTM Leadership, Corporate Strategy, and Product to analyze and implement new GTM strategies across customer segments and verticals to maximize commercial performance and meet strategic objectives.
- Conduct market, competitor, and industry benchmarking to understand Procore’s positioning.
- Connect product development to revenue planning cycles, assisting with quantitative analysis for GTM staffing, quota setting, etc.
- Partner on strategic initiatives to support annual revenue objectives.
- Partner with other leaders in Revenue Operations to develop plans.
- Support global customer success, support, and professional services teams with strategic development.
- Handle ad-hoc projects to diagnose GTM issues and propose solutions.
What we're looking for:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, economics, or related field; MBA a plus
- 3-5 years of experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, or a highly cross-functional role with a strategic and analytical focus at a SaaS company
- Self-starter comfortable with ambiguity and deriving actionable, measurable insights
- Proficiency in data analysis and financial modeling with attention to detail
- Ability to connect tactical asks to high-level strategies
- Extensive Excel/Sheets experience
- SQL and/or Tableau experience a plus
- Experience executing GTM strategy at an enterprise SaaS company preferred
Base Pay Range: $90,360 - $124,245. Eligible for bonus incentive compensation.
