Full-Time Sr Associate, Accounts Receivable

As the Senior Associate, Accounts Receivable, you will be responsible for multi-business unit cash application. Your day will include activities in direct support of the Cash Application portion of our Order-to-Cash business model.

• Applying daily cash.
• Balancing daily bank reports in alignment with our ERP system.
• Responding to emails.
• Problem solving issues.
• Processing reapplication request from internal customers.

You will serve as a primary point of contact for accounts receivable information as it pertains to Cash Application.

Responsibilities:

• Build cross-functional partnerships between credit, cash application, customer service, and teams to best respond to the customer’s needs.
• Highly skilled in the practice of AR research and issue resolution.
• Lead investigation, make decisions and resolve customer concerns.
• Partner with Credit/Collections and Master Data to assist customers.
• Able to provide guidance and support to other members of the Credit and Collection team, in absence of Cash Application Supervisor.
• Assist in the training of new AR team members.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of Accounts Receivable/Cash Application experience.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent required, Associate's degree preferred.
• Ability to analyze and interpret customer AR and financial information for quick decision making.
• Able to work with and maintain confidential information.
• Intermediate or Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Experience working within ERP systems such as Oracle, Peoplesoft or similar applications.
• Working knowledge of the order to cash business model and principles.
• Able to be productive and successful in a remote work environment.
• Shared Services AR experience preferred.
• Experience with Get Paid cash application preferred.
