Own the Discovery Process: Understand why customers seek specific capabilities.
Gather and Analyze Insights: Collect and analyze customer and prospect data by persona and geography.
Define Capabilities: Determine how product capabilities benefit customers based on market, customer, and product expertise.
Identify Third-Party Providers: Determine necessary providers and recommend them to leadership.
Develop Product Lifecycle: Develop full product life cycles for Front-Book deposits and loans, including core banking lending strategy and 3-year roadmaps.
Maintain and Develop Capabilities: Maintain and lead ongoing development of capabilities post-launch.
Create Marketing Materials: Build creative briefs/business cases for marketing campaigns focused on acquisition and onboarding.
Drive Product Strategy: Develop and manage FNBO product strategies.
Develop Pricing Strategies: Create and implement pricing strategies to optimize net interest income.
Ensure Customer Satisfaction: Drive strategies for new acquisition and customer satisfaction.
Manage Deposit Products: Build, manage, and execute deposit product strategies, including marketing and promotions.
Maintain Compliance: Adhere to all relevant sales practices, legal, compliance, and regulatory standards.
Drive Technology Requirements: Drive technology requirements for product enhancements, including testing and implementation.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 5+ years financial services or product management experience (desired)
- Passion for building new products and challenging the status quo
- Experience working with cross-functional teams
- Strong communication skills
- Collaborative work style
