We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sr. DevOps Engineer to join our team.
Focus: Enhancing our developer platform, building a robust delivery process, and ensuring system security by default.
Key Responsibilities:
- Developer Platform: Enhance and maintain the developer platform for efficient and scalable software development.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to improve CI/CD pipelines, streamline workflows, and optimize deployments.
- Ensure development tools and environments are up-to-date, reliable, and scalable.
- Security: Implement and manage security practices to protect our systems and data.
- Conduct regular security assessments and vulnerability scans to mitigate risks.
- Collaborate with security teams to enforce security policies and ensure compliance.
- Collaboration and Leadership: Lead with a product mindset to build intuitive development tools.
- Work with cross-functional teams to improve system reliability, performance, and security.
- Mentor junior team members.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in DevOps tools and technologies (CI/CD pipelines, containerization, infrastructure as code).
- Experience with monitoring and logging tools (application, infrastructure, management, cloud).
- Strong understanding of security practices and tools.
Experience: 5+ years in DevOps or a related field, managing and optimizing large-scale systems and platforms.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and their security features.
Additional Skills: Root cause analysis, clear communication, articulating complex ideas.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
Compensation: $125,000 to $135,000 base salary, 10% bonus.
