As a Senior Digital Product Manager, you'll develop and execute product strategy for key ServiceNow.com pages, enhancing customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead planning: Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with digital priorities.
- Drive execution: Plan, scope, prioritize product to meet customer and business goals.
- Lead communication: Be the main point of contact for internal/external stakeholders.
- Develop product strategy and roadmap for ServiceNow.com key pages, collaborating with internal stakeholders (Product Marketing, Design, Analytics, Publishing, Digital Platform teams).
- Define requirements, user experience, and functional specifications.
Required Experience:
- 8+ years of experience as a Product Manager, preferably in B2B Enterprise.
- Experience leveraging or integrating AI into work processes.
- Passion for building great user experiences.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
Compensation: $135,300 - $236,800, plus equity, variable compensation, and benefits.
