Full-Time Sr. Enrollment Advisor

Blueprint is seeking a Senior Enrollment Advisor to support sales, enrollment, and student support. This role acts as a liaison for prospective and current students, ensuring optimal utilization of Blueprint's services.

Responsibilities:

1. Serve as the primary consultant for Blueprint programs, adhering to company policies.
2. Provide strategic sales counseling to prospective students via phone, email, and live chat, guiding them through the enrollment process.
3. Develop and implement data-driven enrollment strategies to enhance conversion rates and student growth.
4. Demonstrate independent judgment in developing sales tactics, advising students on program selection, and closing enrollments.
5. Promote Blueprint's tutoring, classroom, and online courses, tailoring approaches to student needs.
6. Lead tutor pairing, matching students with appropriate instructors based on their learning needs.
7. Foster high-touch customer engagement for continued enrollment and program completion.
8. Train and mentor team members, providing leadership and professional development.
9. Track leads, sales metrics, and customer interactions using CRM tools for pipeline optimization.
10. Meet and exceed sales quotas, contributing to overall business performance.
11. Collaborate with marketing, operations, and product teams to refine messaging and enhance student experiences.
12. Achieve monthly enrollment goals, retention targets, and service metrics.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in business, education, marketing, or a related field.
• 4+ years of experience in test prep, sales, enrollment advising, or higher education sales.
• Proven experience in high-level sales strategy, quota management, and revenue forecasting.
• Ability to exercise independent judgment in sales, enrollment strategy, and customer advising.
• Strong problem-solving skills, with a consultative and analytical approach.
• Experience in graduate-level test prep, medical, or legal education is preferred.
• Capacity to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a persuasive approach.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in CRM tools for lead tracking, pipeline management, and sales optimization.
