What You Will Do
- Deliver strategic, high-impact visual designs across all brand touchpoints, ensuring consistency, scalability, and innovation.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with GTM partners, product marketing, and leadership to deeply understand the needs of prospects and customers, proposing strategic design solutions that ladder up to business goals.
- Lead the evolution of our brand design foundations, balancing the need for standardization of high-quality patterns to increase efficiency with the flexibility to push the brand’s creative boundaries for bespoke campaigns and programs.
- Own and drive scalable brand solutions, optimizing design processes and frameworks to maximize team efficiency and unlock more conceptual thinking.
- Champion a global perspective, designing with inclusivity in mind to ensure solutions flex for multi-language, multi-market needs.
- Model and uphold our team values, design principles, and standards for craft, mentoring and coaching other designers to elevate design excellence across the organization.
What You Will Bring to the Table
- 10+ years of brand design experience, with expertise in at least one core area of design and a deep understanding of how design functions as a strategic storytelling tool.
- A strong sense of ownership and accountability, proactively leading cross-team initiatives and working on complex projects.
- A highly strategic approach to design, using company goals, customer insights, and metrics to prioritize and shape brand initiatives that have measurable impact.
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, making complex ideas accessible, clearly articulating trade-offs, and fostering strong partnerships across teams and senior leadership.
- A passion for pushing creative boundaries, looking beyond the brief to drive innovation while balancing scalability and business impact.
- Comfort with ambiguity and an outcome-oriented mindset, able to navigate open-ended problems and provide clear direction end-to-end.
- A strong and pragmatic eye for craft, holding a high bar for craftsmanship while considering constraints, deadlines, and business objectives.
- A mindset for multiplying impact, mentoring other designers, contributing to team culture, and proactively sharing knowledge within Lattice and the broader design community.
The estimated annual cash salary for this role is $148,500 - $185,500.
