Full-Time Sr. Manager Logistics Procurement

Purpose: Establish strategic partnerships with logistics providers to support Rituals' growth at the right cost. Responsible for global logistics procurement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive logistics function towards the future, contributing to environmental objectives and enabling growth.
• Screen and optimize logistics processes, deliver scalable solutions.
• Develop and maintain logistics procurement strategy (3-5 years).
• Establish a robust global logistics network for regular business and major events.
• Implement a clear governance model for effective communication, supplier performance monitoring, and optimization.
• Ensure logistics projects comply with standards and represent logistics in sustainability meetings.
• Collaborate with the Logistics Director on new warehouse facility design, process and system setup.
• Serve as logistics expert, collaborating with other functions and fostering a high-performance culture.
• Monitor market developments for benefits.

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or Business Economics.
• 10+ years' experience in supplier management (3PL), preferably within a Dutch FMCG or retail organization.
• Knowledge of export/customs processes and dangerous goods.
• Strong self-management skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Proven leadership in supply chain, influencing senior management and peers.
• Ability to define and communicate a clear vision and organize teams.
• Strong communication, influencing, and negotiation skills.
• Data analysis skills to identify performance opportunities.
• Strong understanding of process design, systems implementation, and standardization.
• Excellent English and Dutch skills.
• Project management and leadership skills.
• Willingness to travel.
