Full-Time Sr. Manager QA Automation

Position Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated Sr. Manager of QA Automation to lead our quality assurance automation efforts. This role requires strong software testing skills, experience with automation frameworks, and team leadership experience.

Responsibilities:

1. Lead, mentor, and develop a team of QA engineers.
2. Develop and implement a QA automation strategy aligned with business goals.
3. Evaluate and implement automation tools and frameworks.
4. Establish best practices for automation processes.
5. Plan, prioritize, and manage multiple automation projects.
6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams.
7. Oversee the design, development, and execution of manual and automated test scripts.
8. Ensure thorough testing of software applications.
9. Identify, document, and track software defects.
10. Implement metrics to measure QA effectiveness.
11. Stay current with industry trends.
12. Provide regular updates to senior management.
13. Prepare detailed reports on testing outcomes and quality metrics.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field
• 12+ years of software quality assurance and test automation experience
• 5+ years of experience in a QA leadership role
• Proven experience with automation and load testing tools (Selenium, Tricentis, AccelQ, etc.)
• Strong understanding of SDLC and QA methodologies
• Experience in API testing, ETL/ELT testing, performance testing, and security testing

Compensation: $120,000 - $140,000 per year
