The Position: The senior product manager role will support our product offering for community customers. This role needs a strategic thinker with a strong product vision. The successful candidate will balance customer-centric design, advanced reporting, strong feedback loops, and a legacy product consolidation strategy. This leader will report to the VP of Product and partner with product leads.

What you will do:
- Support and lead the development of a cohesive product vision and strategy into a roadmap, prioritizing impactful features.
- Define clear objectives and key results (OKRs) aligned with business goals.
- Develop direct feedback loops for community customers, ensuring insights inform product updates.
- Collaborate with engineering, design, and UX teams to bring community-focused features to life.
- Develop and integrate personalized recommendations and content.
- Establish ROI and performance tracking systems for customers.
- Strategize and manage the long-term migration of legacy products.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for product strategy across departments.
Required Skills and Competencies:
- 5+ years of product management experience with a track record of delivering successful products.
- Strong strategic thinker.
- Strong analytical skills, experienced with reporting tools (Tableau, Amplitude, Databricks).
- Passion for understanding user needs and translating them into product features.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire cross-functional teams.
- Experience navigating product transitions and consolidating legacy products.
- Exceptional communication and storytelling abilities.
