The Position: The senior product manager role will support our product offering for community customers. This role needs a strategic thinker with a strong product vision to create a comprehensive community vision and product, operating cross-functionally.
The successful candidate will balance customer-centric design with advanced reporting, build feedback loops, and evaluate legacy product consolidation, transforming the marketplace into a unified experience.
This leader reports to the VP of Product and partners with product leads to formulate a long-term product strategy aligned with business goals.

What you will do:
- Product Vision and Strategy: Support and lead product vision development, creating a roadmap that prioritizes features and user experiences for community customers. Define OKRs aligned with business goals.
- Customer Engagement and Research: Develop feedback loops for community customers to share experiences and needs. Ensure insights drive product updates and improvements. Build mechanisms for customers to see feedback in action.
- Customer-centric Design: Collaborate with engineering, design, and UX teams to create community-focused features. Prioritize intuitive and responsive design, develop and integrate personalized recommendations.
- Detailed ROI Reporting and Performance Tracking: Establish ROI and performance tracking systems. Evaluate comparison tools and analytics dashboards, empowering customers to make data-informed decisions.
- Customer Data-Collection: Lead integrations and data-collection initiatives with customers.
- Product Consolidation Strategy: Strategize and manage the migration of legacy products to align with the new strategic vision, ensuring minimal disruption for customers.
- Leadership and Cross-Functional Collaboration: Serve as the primary contact for product strategy. Foster collaboration with engineering, design, customer support, and data science teams. Guide and mentor others.
Required Skills and Competencies:
- Product Experience: 5+ years of product management experience.
