Do you want to shape the future of healthcare SaaS? At MedTrainer, we’re scaling a platform that impacts thousands of providers. We’re looking for a Sr. Product Owner to drive initiatives end-to-end, translate complex requirements, and collaborate across teams. This role requires strategic thinking and hands-on involvement in backlog management, user story writing, and collaboration with engineers and designers.

Responsibilities:
- Lead discovery efforts and translate insights into product opportunities.
- Own and maintain a prioritized backlog.
- Write PRDs and user stories with testable acceptance criteria.
- Facilitate solution reviews and support rollout activities.
- Measure product outcomes and identify opportunities.
- Collaborate across distributed teams.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager in SaaS.
- Proven track record leading initiatives end-to-end.
- Strong collaboration with engineers, designers, and stakeholders.
- Deep knowledge of agile/scrum and tools like JIRA and Confluence.
- Experience validating assumptions and iterating based on outcomes.
- Strong communication skills.
Skills and Tools:
- Familiarity with discovery frameworks.
- Skilled in roadmap planning and backlog management.
- Proficient in collaboration tools.
- Comfortable working with remote, globally distributed teams.
