Full-Time Sr. Web and Graphic Designer

About the Role: We seek a creative designer with expertise in web design, layout, branding, graphic design, and project management. This dynamic role requires ownership, autonomy, and the ability to transform ideas into visually compelling designs while ensuring consistent brand representation across platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead Branding Efforts: Own and develop the company's brand identity, style guide, and visual assets.
2. Web Design & Management: Collaborate with web agencies, implement designs, troubleshoot issues, enhance site functionality, and perform regular updates.
3. Graphic Design: Manage multiple design projects, handle requests, create digital and print assets (marketing materials, social media graphics, ads, presentations).
4. Cross-Functional Project Management: Partner with teams and agencies to ensure designs align with strategic objectives and deadlines.
5. Optimize Processes: Evaluate and improve design workflows, implement new tools, and recommend innovative solutions.
6. Asset Management: Organize and maintain design files, stock images, and creative resources.

Minimum Requirements:

• 5+ years experience in graphic design, web design, branding.
• Proficiency in design software (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Figma).
• Advanced WordPress or CMS experience.
• Experience with project management tools (Asana).
• Experience managing web agency relationships.

Preferred Knowledge and Skills:

• HTML, CSS, basic JavaScript coding skills.
• Understanding of web trends, responsive design, and emerging technologies.
• Strong portfolio showcasing branding and design projects.
• Exceptional attention to detail, organizational skills.

Compensation & Benefits: $90,000 - $120,000 salary + 10% annual bonus potential.
