Full-Time Staff Accountant

We are a high-performing team at a Series B SaaS company. You will work in a dynamic setting and gain hands-on experience in accounting, playing a vital role in nurturing continued growth.

Role responsibilities include:

• Contributing to day-to-day accounting activities (accounts payable, receivable, general ledger maintenance)
• Preparing, reviewing, and analyzing financial statements, ensuring compliance with GAAP
• Participating in month-end and year-end close processes, reconciling accounts and preparing journal entries
• Financial analysis, ad hoc reporting to identify process improvements
• Accurate customer billing and revenue recognition
• Timely and accurate processing of vendor invoices and employee expense reports
• Coordination and collaboration during audits
• Collaboration with cross-functional teams to optimize financial processes

Experience required:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting
• Entry level proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, SUMIFS, Pivot Tables)
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Knowledge of internal controls and audit procedures
