The Team: The position sits within the Revenue Operations team reporting to the Director of RevOps. The RevOps team designs integrative systems & processes, creates an optimized tech stack, and measures business performance.
The Opportunity: This Staff Analytics Engineer will accelerate business growth through data-driven insights. Key responsibilities include revenue forecasting, identifying high ROI initiatives, and developing/tracking KPIs.
What You'll Do:
- Own revenue forecasting & modeling (pipeline, opportunity forecasting, sales velocity, etc.)
- Identify high ROI motions (channels, programs, campaigns)
- Build data architecture roadmap
- Use data analysis tools for strategic decision-making
- Create/maintain dashboards & reports for revenue metrics
- Collaborate with functional teams for data-backed insights
- Configure/implement data capture practices (automation)
What We're Looking For:
- 8+ years experience in Revenue Operations, marketing/sales/cs operations (3+ years in a senior analytical position)
- Proficiency in data analysis tools & data visualization software
- Knowledge of CRM, sales/marketing/cs automation platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Marketo)
- Familiarity with sales/marketing/cs tools
- Strong project management & leadership skills
- Adaptability & problem-solving skills
