Job Details
We are looking for an Inbound Product Manager for Pricing in our Sales CRM business. This role includes product management from shaping the vision and strategy to execution and GTM support. Responsibilities include envisioning how GenAI and Agentic AI can reimagine user experiences.
About the Role:
- Product Strategy: Research customer pain points, document use cases, and evolve the vision for Pricing, including Price Management, Configuration, Execution, and Intelligence.
- Execution Planning: Partner with engineering and UX to bring CRM agentic workflows to life. Write clear product requirements and solution designs.
- Product Enablement and Success: Collaborate with outbound PMs to define enablement strategy and content. Support pricing and licensing strategies.
- Customer Champion: Work with Customer Success to facilitate advisory board meetings. Drive design partnerships and engage with sales teams.
To be successful:
- Experience integrating AI into work processes.
- Experience in CPQ with a focus on pricing capabilities
- 5+ years of experience building CRM and enterprise software products
