Full-Time Staff Inbound Product Manager - Gen AI Platform & AI Agents

• Strategic Planning: Guide roadmap development and feature prioritization for the AI Agent Platform.
• Innovation & Insight: Stay current with emerging trends in AI and platform technologies.
• Solution Development: Rapidly design and prototype technical solutions using a range of AI frameworks.
• Collaborative Execution: Partner across diverse teams to co-develop and launch innovative PoCs.
• Communicate & Iterate: Clearly present PoC solutions, gather feedback, and iterate for continuous improvement.
• Customer Collaboration: Engage directly with customers to co-create solutions.
• Measurement & Learning: Partner with stakeholders to define success metrics (KPIs) and document outcomes.

• Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI.
• Product Management Expertise: 8+ years of experience in product management within Agile environments.
• Platform Knowledge: In-depth understanding of the ServiceNow platform’s capabilities.
• Technical Fluency: Proficiency in Agile and ServiceNow development; experience with Large Language Models and AI technologies is a plus.
• Team Collaboration: Proven experience working across teams.
• Customer-Centered Approach: Ability to listen deeply to customers.
• Inclusive Communication: Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills.
