ServiceNow's Digital Transformation group aims to deliver an intelligent, secure, scalable, performant, and accessible Platform. This role is part of PlatformX, shaping the future of our intelligent platform. We are looking for a motivated Product Manager with AI and ServiceNow platform knowledge. This hybrid role combines solutions consulting and product management, focusing on building proof-of-concept solutions with emerging technologies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Innovation: Stay up to date with AI and platform technologies.
- Implementation: Create technical solutions using various AI frameworks.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work on cross-functional teams to develop and launch new PoCs.
- Demo and Present Solutions: Communicate and demonstrate PoC solutions to customers and internal teams.
- Customer Engagement: Collaborate with customers to deploy PoCs and understand their needs.
- Metrics and Analytics: Define KPIs, track them, and document PoC success.
To be successful in this role you have:
- Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI.
- 2+ years of experience with the ServiceNow platform.
- Proficient in ServiceNow development, scripting (JavaScript, Glide), and configuration.
- Experience working with PM, Design, Engineering and BUs.
- Demonstrated ability to work directly with customers.
- Good presentation, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Passion for innovation and technology.
- Ability to work closely with technical teams.
- Understanding of AI technologies, machine learning, and data science principles is a plus.
- Demonstrated expertise in employing design thinking methodologies, with particular emphasis on Human-Centered AI.
