We are seeking a Staff Outbound Product Manager to help scale GTM, customer, and partner enablement and adoption for our low-code and Generative AI app development solutions in our App Engine product line.
Role: The App Engine Outbound Product Management team is responsible for all outbound GTM and commercial aspects of ServiceNow App Engine.
What you get to do in this role:
- Lead a team of outbound product managers to drive GTM, sales, solution consulting, and partner enablement for App Engine and Now Assist for Creator (our Generative AI offering).
- Develop high-quality technical enablement content that describes the differentiating value of product innovation.
- Lead pricing and packaging efforts in close coordination with other BU stakeholders.
- Define and execute new product launch strategy working with relevant product, marketing, and GTM stakeholders and leadership.
- Develop a deep understanding of customer use cases and success outcomes and influence product roadmap.
- Develop best practices assets and conduct quarterly product onboarding sessions to drive adoption by customers and partners.
- Become a trusted resource to promote the ServiceNow vision with industry influencers, strategic partners, and analyst firms
- Lead and influence cross-functional teams to accomplish our goals
To succeed in this role you have:
- A minimum of 8 years of related experience.
- Experience operating in an ambitious environment and driving the adoption of new and emerging products
- Demonstrated customer obsession in engagements
- Excellent people and presentation skills to engage with all levels of customers, colleagues, cross-functional teams, and partners.
- Outstanding written and oral communication skills.
- Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes.
