About the role
As a Staff Product Designer, you will own design work in one product area, building deep expertise and driving high quality outcomes. Your initiatives will influence experiences across multiple product areas.
You're expected to:
- Own and lead design strategy for core product workstreams.
- Mentor and support other designers.
- Collaborate with PMs, engineers, data teams and operations to translate business opportunities into user centered designs.
- Conduct user research and synthesize insights.
- Develop high fidelity prototypes.
- Contribute to and extend our design system.
- Stay curious about AI and emerging technologies.
What we're looking for
- 8+ years of relevant work experience
- Exceptional design craft.
- Strong product thinking.
- Enterprise experience.

- Comfort with ambiguity.
Bonus points if you have
- Prior experience in real estate, finance, or other complex industries.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Design field, or similar work experience.
