Designers empathize, understand, and apply users' and customers' needs to create product experiences they love. Our designers come from diverse skill sets. Designers collaborate closely with engineering and product management from the start.

Drive end-to-end product experiences considering user and product ecosystems, workflows, and design patterns. Develop frameworks and principles to standardize and guide cross-team work. Share knowledge and expertise to elevate colleagues, teams, and the community of practice.
Basic Qualifications: BA/BS degree or higher in Design, Design Communication, Human-Computer Interaction, or equivalent. Experience participating in the complete product development lifecycle of web and/or software applications. Experience in UX design or industry experience.
Preferred Qualifications: 7+ years of relevant design experience. Interaction design is a plus! An inspiring portfolio demonstrating the ability to distill complex problems into elegant, holistic solutions. Experience developing frameworks and principles to standardize and guide cross-team work. Bring a product design from conception to launch with minimal supervision.
Compensation: $163,600 - $286,300, plus equity (when applicable), variable/incentive compensation, and benefits.
