We are seeking talented designers for the following teams: Creator Workflow, Core Business Workflow (Employee Experience), Platform Team & Role.

This role is part of our Product Design team. We are focused on understanding user and customer needs to deliver exceptional product experiences. We value a diverse range of design skills (design systems, visual, interaction, content, and product design).
Design is integral to our work, so our team collaborates closely with engineering and product management from the outset.
What you'll do:
- Lead large, complex initiatives, delivering top-tier experiences that shape product strategy and transform how people work globally.
- Drive end-to-end product experiences considering user and product ecosystems, workflows, and design patterns.
- Develop frameworks and principles to standardize and guide cross-team collaboration.
- Lead collaborative projects/workstreams with multidisciplinary teams to create user-centric experiences.
- Share knowledge and expertise across the company to elevate colleagues, teams, and the broader community.
- Experience with AI integration is valuable (using AI tools, automating workflows, analyzing AI insights, or exploring AI's impact on functions/industries).
Qualifications:
- 7+ years of relevant design experience.
- A strong portfolio showcasing the ability to translate complex problems into elegant, holistic solutions through human-centered design and research data.
- Experience developing frameworks/principles to standardize cross-team work and successfully launching products with minimal supervision.
- A growth mindset, eagerness to learn, and a willingness to embrace new challenges.
- Ability to articulate and advocate for design solutions based on human-centered design principles and research data to influence product experience strategy within a specific business unit or product line.
- Experience in the complete product development lifecycle of web/software applications.
- UX Design or relevant industry experience (corporate, software, web, or agency).
Compensation: $147,300 - $257,800 base pay, plus equity (where applicable), variable compensation, and benefits. Compensation varies based on location.
