Full-Time Staff Product Designer

Team & Role: This role is part of our Product Design team focused on understanding user needs to create product experiences they love. Our designers have diverse skills and backgrounds.

Requirements:

• 7+ years of relevant design experience.
• Portfolio demonstrating the ability to distill complex problems into elegant solutions.
• Experience in developing frameworks and principles to standardize cross-team work.
• A growth mindset, actively seeking new opportunities and challenges.
• Ability to articulate and champion design solutions based on human-centered design principles.
• Experience participating in the complete product development lifecycle of web and/or software applications.
• Experience in user experience design or industry experience (corporate, software, web or agency)

Compensation: $163,600 - $286,300, plus equity, variable/incentive compensation and benefits. Compensation is based on the geographic location.
