What you get to do: Lead large initiatives, deliver world-class experiences, influence product strategy, and transform how people work globally. Drive end-to-end product experiences considering user and product ecosystems, workflows, and design patterns. Develop frameworks and principles to standardize and guide cross-team work. Lead collaborative projects with multidisciplinary teams for user-centric experiences. Share knowledge and expertise to elevate colleagues.
Basic Qualifications: Experience leveraging or critically thinking about integrating AI into work processes. BA/BS degree or higher in Design, Design Communication, Human-Computer Interaction, or equivalent. Experience in the complete product development lifecycle of web and/or software applications. Experience in user experience design or industry experience.
Preferred Qualifications: 7+ years relevant design experience. Interaction design a plus! Inspiring portfolio demonstrating human-centered design and research-based solutions. Experience developing frameworks, bringing a product from conception to launch with minimal supervision. Growth mindset, learning, and seeking new opportunities. Ability to articulate and champion design solutions influencing product experience strategy.
Compensation: $163,600 - $286,300 base pay, plus equity, variable/incentive compensation, and benefits.
