Full-Time Staff Product Manager

As a Staff Product Manager, you will own multiple use cases at Atlan and define/drive the product vision, roadmap, and features for metadata applications, enabling seamless integration and usability for metadata workflows.

1. Build the Next-Generation Metadata Control Plane: Developing a futuristic, scalable platform to elevate metadata management and streamline ecosystem-wide integration.
2. Accelerate time-to-value: Ensuring metadata applications are easy to adopt, highly functional, and deliver immediate business impact.
3. Advance Workflow Orchestration: Lead the product roadmap for a cutting-edge workflow orchestration platform connecting the enterprise data estate.
4. Build user experience: Collaborate with the design team to create intuitive and efficient workflows.
5. App Framework Development: Engage and support developer communities, drive product adoption, and gather feedback to inform App framework development.
6. Onboard third-party developers: Foster a thriving developer ecosystem.

What makes you a match?

• Proven experience: In product management, particularly with platform or enterprise products. Experience developing data integration products is a plus.
• Strong technical background: Understanding of metadata applications, adapters, APIs, data integration methodologies, and modern data stack tools.
• Customer-Centric Approach: Deep empathy for customers, with a track record of delivering solutions improving onboarding, driving adoption, and creating measurable value.
• Developer Empathy: Proven experience working with developer-facing products.
• Collaboration: Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, influencing stakeholders.
