About the role:
We’re hiring a Staff Product Manager to lead the technical product vision, development, and enhancement of our AI-powered Decision Engine.
You will:
- Lead the design and evolution of the Decision Engine.
- Collaborate with engineering and data science to build hybrid decision systems.
- Implement modular workflows and care logic frameworks.
- Develop internal configuration tools.
- Ensure decision logic aligns with clinical protocols and billing requirements.
- Expand the engine’s scope using AI-driven insight.
- Translate strategic priorities into actionable product design.
- Define and track key metrics.
- Partner with implementation teams to map client needs.
- Oversee system integrity, including testing frameworks.
- Align engine design with long-term platform goals.
- Lead integration of new models and third-party components.
- Collaborate with data and engineering teams to support value-based care models.
- Support initiatives that apply AI to enhance the platform.
You have:
- 8+ years of product management experience, with a focus on platform systems or AI infrastructure.
- Experience delivering systems that include rules engines or AI-powered decision systems.
- Experience designing rules frameworks or workflow engines.
- Strong technical fluency and experience working with engineers and data scientists.
- Familiarity with care coordination and value-based care mechanisms.
- Clear communication and systems thinking skills.
Nice-to-Haves:
- Experience with AI agent frameworks.
- Exposure to prompt engineering or retrieval-augmented generation pipelines.
- Familiarity with low-code/no-code platforms.
- Background in building clinical decision support systems.
