About this role: In November 2024, Ironclad released Jurist - a genAI assistant for Lawyers. This role scales Jurist, leads, designs, and introduces future assistants, influencing Ironclad's AI strategy.
You will shape role-based assistants while ensuring Jurist success. You balance innovation with customer needs, making customers more successful and efficient.
This role offers a chance to grow a multi-product business and drive revenue-driving innovation.

Responsibilities:
- Understand customer needs and pain points.
- Translate needs into product requirements and roadmaps.
- Prioritize features based on market research, feedback, feasibility, and goals.
- Collaborate with product, design, and engineering.

- Manage the product development lifecycle (ideation to launch).
- Communicate product roadmaps to stakeholders.
- Monitor product performance with KPIs for improvements.
- Stay updated on trends for product opportunities.
- Create product presentations and partner with GTM teams.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in relevant field.
- 6+ years product management, 1+ years technical domain.
- Proven track record of successful product launches.
- Understanding of enterprise software landscape.
- Analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Agile development methodology experience (Scrum, Kanban) is a must.

Base Salary Range: $190,000 - $210,000
