Our mission is to expand Oura’s reach to various commerce channels, all around the world, and power an ecosystem of partners and services to help our members achieve their desired health outcomes. The Commerce team at Oura is responsible for all the ways members acquire and onboard Oura products and services. The commerce platform is responsible for the services that power all of commerce, such as payments, member loyalty, and taxes.
- Lead the Commerce Platform team.
- Establish the platform team’s strategic importance and business value.
- Craft the vision and strategy for the platform team.
- Collaborate with engineering on the team roadmap.
- Actively collaborate with engineering on service oriented architecture development.
- Collaborate with the other commerce teams on shared service development, migration, and ongoing development.
- Partner with operational teams to set and achieve organizational goals.
- Work directly with outside technology partners on integrations, roadmap development, and operational improvements.
