Full-Time Staff Product Manager, Payments

• Own the Payments product roadmap.
• Translate commercial objectives into product strategy and execution plans.
• Develop a deep understanding of customer and market payment pain points.
• Manage capabilities such as onboarding, payouts, reconciliation, fraud/risk controls, and reporting.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Design.
• Partner cross-functionally with Product Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, Support, and Fraud/Risk Ops.
• Drive adoption and utilization.
• Build a culture of experimentation and learning.
• Be data-driven and outcomes-focused.
• Optimise systems and scale.

• 7+ years of product management experience, with 3+ years in Payments or FinTech.
• Strong technical fluency in payment rails.
• Proven ability to deliver high-availability financial systems.
• Demonstrated success using data and experimentation.
• Strong customer empathy.
• Exceptional collaboration skills and low ego.
• Adept at structuring ambiguous problems.
• Clear, concise communicator.
