We are seeking a passionate and experienced Product Owner to join our dynamic team and drive the development of our cutting-edge products in the Machine Identity space.
The Product Owner will be responsible for defining and prioritizing the product backlog, ensuring that the development team delivers features that provide maximum value to our customers.
Responsibilities:
- Translate high-level business requirements into detailed agile stories with acceptance criteria
- Define user stories, acceptance criteria, and ensure the development team understands the requirements
- Continuously refine and prioritize the product backlog to ensure alignment with the company's strategic goals, key stakeholders and customers
- Gather and analyze feedback from stakeholders to inform product development
- Lead discovery and validation calls
- Communicate company’s strategic goals and product vision to development teams
- Create and maintain a detailed, stack ranked and prioritized product backlog (Jira)
- Make decisions on scope and priorities based on stakeholder input and technical feasibility
- Participate in Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives
- Ensure the development process aligns with Agile best practices
- Monitor product performance and customer feedback to drive continuous improvements
- support to internal teams and customers as needed
- Understand the customer needs and pain points
Requirements:
- +15 years of relevant experience, preferably in a SaaS environment serving B2B solutions
- Technical background with an understanding of software development and architecture
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven decision making
- Strong knowledge in agile methodologies and processes
- Able to initiate and lead an agenda
- Familiarity with product management tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, ProductBoard, etc.)
- Customer centric approach to problem solving
- Collaborative, team player and highly motivated
- Machine Identity and PKI understanding is desirable
Compensation:
$137,000 – $190,000/year, plus commissions or discretionary bonus. Base pay may vary based on experience.
