About this Role: Are you passionate about designing digital learning experiences? This Product Manager role focuses on developing and managing innovative, user-centric digital learning solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Own and manage critical features and experiences for our business and key market segments.
- Design and deliver seamless digital learning experiences for users, customers, and employees.
- Develop foundational UX components for consistent learning experiences.
- Manage content strategies to ensure learning materials align with objectives and user needs.
- Create detailed technical requirements (user stories, etc.) to guide development.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (content, design, engineering, etc.).
- Engage with internal and external customers to understand their learning needs.
- Assess technical feasibility and seek support from other tech teams.
- Define product performance metrics based on research and feedback, focusing on learner engagement and success.
- Deliver products iteratively, from Proof of Concept to launch, incorporating feedback at each stage.
- Ensure timely product delivery and coordination across teams.
- Address technical challenges and coordinate solutions to ensure a robust and scalable LMS.
- Ensure product compatibility and integration across platforms and devices.
- Manage user documentation for learners and instructors.
- Stay current with emerging technologies and contribute to innovative learning solutions (AI personalization, gamification, etc.).
- Build relationships with key decision-makers in education and training departments.

Qualifications:
- 8+ years of Product Management experience, with e-learning experience preferred.
- Hands-on experience in developing and managing consumer-focused digital products.
- Ability to lead and influence business and technical teams.
- Familiarity with SaaS/cloud-based solutions, especially in education technology.
- Background in software development, testing, or consulting (Experience with the Now Platform is a plus).
- Agile methodology and tools expertise (Confluence, Jira, Slack).
- Experience working for leading SaaS companies with diverse customer bases.
- Experience with technical delivery teams using continuous delivery for launches.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
