Position Summary: As a Staff Technical Program Manager, you'll play a key role in shaping EarnIn's technical initiatives within Product Engineering. Reporting to CTO Staff, you'll lead cross-functional teams, drive innovation, and deliver complex projects impacting business capabilities.
Responsibilities:
- Lead strategic planning and execution of key technical initiatives, aligning with company goals.
- Drive end-to-end project delivery (ideation to implementation), managing resources, timelines, and budgets.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, requirements, and success criteria.
- Build strong relationships with internal and external partners, fostering collaboration and accountability.
- Champion best practices in program management, Agile methodologies, and continuous improvement.
- Advise the VP of Engineering on key initiatives and decision-making.
- Act as a liaison between VP of Engineering and senior leaders, facilitating communication and alignment.
- Execute critical initiatives for timely delivery and effective implementation.
- Lead special projects focused on operational excellence, organizational effectiveness, and employee engagement.
- Coordinate and facilitate leadership meetings, ensuring clear agendas, tracked action items, and follow-up.
- Analyze data and metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
- 7+ years of experience in technical program management, leading large-scale, cross-functional projects.
- Extensive knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
- Strong leadership skills to inspire and motivate teams.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for conveying complex technical concepts.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, driving results.
