Full-Time Strategic Finance Associate

About the Role: As a Strategic Finance Associate at Jasper, you'll drive our enterprise go-to-market strategy. Partner with Sales and Commercial teams to provide financial expertise and support strategic decision-making. Develop financial models, analyze market opportunities, and deliver actionable insights for enterprise growth.

What you will do at Jasper:

• Collaborate with Sales & Partnerships leadership to develop and execute financial strategies.
• Build and maintain financial models to forecast revenue, expenses, and KPIs for enterprise motion.
• Provide deal desk support for high-impact enterprise opportunities.
• Prepare executive-level presentations summarizing financial performance, risks, and opportunities.
• Lead scenario planning and sensitivity analyses.
• Ensure accurate analysis and reporting of enterprise-specific financial metrics.

What you will bring to Jasper:

• 4+ years of experience in strategic finance, investment banking, or consulting.
• Strong business & financial acumen, understanding of SaaS business models and enterprise sales.
• Experience building and maintaining financial models focused on ARR and/or revenue forecasting.
• Expertise in building & maintaining complex financial models.
• Strong analytical skills to distill complex data into actionable insights for non-finance stakeholders.
• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related field.
• Experience partnering with GTM teams in a high-growth SaaS environment.
• Familiarity with deal desk operations.
• Proficient in SQL.
