Full-Time Strategic Product Consultant, Financials

• Assess business processes and strategic goals.
• Maximize our clients’ use of Procore to achieve their desired outcomes.

• Work with Revenue partners to deliver services designed to assess strategic goals and business processes.
• Collaborate with CS team members to deliver ongoing services that support continuous process improvement.
• Interpret, consult, and enhance client strategic goals, initiatives, and outcomes.
• Partner with other Strategic Product Consultants to advise on client best practices.
• Leverage knowledge of the construction industry to improve client business processes in Procore.
• Provide the highest level of service and education to Procore Client's.
• Foster a positive team culture by onboarding, training, and mentoring team members.
• Collaborate with all levels of the Procore organization to develop best practices.
• Develop a mastery of Procore Product offerings, business model, services, emerging technologies, and Customer Success best practices.
• Up to 50% travel to client sites.

• Construction industry professionals with 5+ years of experience.
• Previous experience as Project Manager or Assistant Project Manager for a self-performing Specialty Contractor (Subcontractor).
• Experience managing all aspects of project financials.
• Knowledge regarding how to manage contracts, change orders, and invoices.
• Experience with take-offs, estimates/proposals, bid management and bid leveling, and buyout and contract negotiations.
