Full-Time Strategic Sourcing (IT) - Senior Lead

• Managing the Procure to Pay system with the AP team.
• Creating and reporting spend data analysis.
• Driving cost out while ensuring Xplor is sourced to support / grow business.
• Managing supplier engagements - concept through execution; (scope, RFP, negotiations, supplier awarding, contract execution, supplier migration / implementation).
• Maintaining a funnel of savings opportunities. Identifies and tracks opportunities, documents sourcing priorities and roadmap of sourcing activities.
• Maintaining a savings achievement tracker (in sync with finance for forecasting)
• Reporting: KPIs, preferred supplier adoption, exception reporting & business partner reporting.
• Complying with Xplor policy and standards: Terms and Conditions (payment terms, break clauses, engage legal for Xplor standard wording, disclosures, engages legal, business partner inputs, proper contact approvals, Procurement policy, etc.
• Ensuring contracts and commercial agreements are being followed and recorded in Xplor contract repository

• Advanced skillset in technology sourcing to identify spend savings opportunities and manage from sourcing through implementation is key
• Strong leadership, interpersonal and motivational skills
• Creating category plans Build strong internal relationships with key business stakeholders
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Exceptional commercial acumen and negotiation skills
• Excellent problem-solving skills and an analytical mind
• Adaptability and flexibility, able to manage fast paced change in growing company
• MCIPS qualified would be desirable
