About the opportunity You'll join our Finance team. Working closely with internal stakeholders, you'll help them achieve goals and overcome obstacles. You'll enable them to focus on what matters, supporting team success.
Reports to VP of Global procurement.
Required Skills Highly analytical, proactive, organized, problem-solving skills. Strong communication, business partnering, and cost improvement skills. Demonstrate good business judgment, comfort with data, and success despite incomplete information.
Responsibilities
- Assisting the VP of Global procurement in implementing a Procure to Pay system.
- Managing the Procure to Pay system with the AP team.
- Creating and reporting spend data analysis.
- Driving cost out while ensuring Xplor sourcing supports/grows business.
- Managing supplier engagements (concept to execution): scope, RFPs, negotiations, awarding, contract execution, supplier migration/implementation.
- Maintaining a funnel of savings opportunities, identifying and tracking opportunities, documenting sourcing priorities, and developing sourcing roadmaps.
- Maintaining a savings achievement tracker (coordinating with finance for forecasting).
- Reporting: KPIs, preferred supplier adoption, exception reporting, and business partner reporting.
- Complying with Xplor policy and standards (Terms and Conditions, Procurement policy, etc.).
- Ensuring contracts and commercial agreements are followed and recorded.

- Advanced skillset, preferably in technology sourcing, to identify spend savings.
