Full-Time Structural Engineer Discipline Lead

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate structural engineering technical aspects of pursuits and projects.
• Ensure QA/QC procedures are implemented.
• Lead responses to client’s comments on structural design elements.
• Ensure structural designs comply with standards and contractual obligations.
• Incorporate innovation in design and delivery.
• Manage and support structural analyses such as 2D and 3D FEA of concrete gravity dams.
• Prepare structural reports, drawings, and specifications.
• Perform dam safety inspections.
• Participate in potential failure mode analyses and risk analyses.
• Train, mentor, and develop staff.
• Interface with project teams, clients, and subcontractors.
• Prepare structural engineering proposals.
• Support marketing coordination and proposal preparation.
• Manage budgets and perform general project management tasks.
