Subcontract Administrator
Responsibilities:
- Prepare, review, verify, approve, and execute subcontracts.
- Issue Purchase Orders and Change Orders.
- Maintain subcontract and procurement documentation.
- Follow and enforce procurement policies and procedures.
- Understand subcontracting terminology.
- Assist Project Managers in preparing Purchase Requisitions.
- Escalate and analyze issues.
- Perform tasks in compliance with service-level agreements.
- Assess and resolve issues.
- Support process improvement initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
- 3-4 years of relevant experience in subcontracting.
- Understanding of subcontracting and procurement terminology.
- Intermediate proficiency in MS Office tools.
- Ability to use procurement systems (Coupa).
- Effective communication and collaboration skills.
- Strong customer relationship skills.
- Meticulous attention to detail.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Open to Night Shift (9pm-6am).
- Open to hybrid setup.
