Supplier Lifecycle Manager is an individual contributor role leading Supplier Lifecycle Management and the development/implementation of other processes and programs within the Sourcing and Procurement Center of Excellence.
Responsibilities Include:
- Monitor and analyze supplier performance against quality, delivery, cost, risk, and sustainability metrics.
- Collaborate with sourcing/procurement teams and conduct supplier audits.
- Identify areas for improvement and work with business stakeholders to document action plans for optimized supplier performance.
- Lead supplier segmentation processes and design/implement supplier lifecycle programs/governance models.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on supplier relationship management best practices.
- Advise sourcing and business stakeholders on topics such as periodic business reviews, performance measurement, and supplier improvement plan creation/tracking.
- Design a common methodology for supplier performance measurement across the company.
- Lead periodic supplier segmentation processes to identify strategic suppliers.
- Design a governance framework for supplier relationship management based upon supplier segmentation.
- Advocate for implementing supplier performance measurement approaches for strategic suppliers.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to implement supplier performance measurement processes and reporting.
- Define best practices for integrating supplier performance measurement results into supplier business reviews.
- Develop/maintain standardized templates and best practices for supplier business reviews.
- Serve as a subject matter expert in advising business/sourcing functions on supplier performance improvement processes/practices.
- Identify opportunities to integrate supplier performance measurement results into supplier selection/onboarding/sourcing processes.
- Develop/maintain a process for identifying and designating Preferred Suppliers.
- Drive a process for identifying/proactively offboarding critical suppliers in collaboration with sourcing, business, and legal stakeholders.
- Other Center of Excellence processes/programs as needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree, minimum 8 years related experience or equivalent.
- Strong professional/interpersonal communication skills for collaboration.
- Excellent organization/time management skills.
- Expert knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Expert knowledge of supplier governance/supplier relationship management practices.
- Working knowledge of sourcing processes/standard business practices/procedures.
- Solid judgment and ability to make good decisions.
- Expert influence management skills.
- Ability to gather/analyze data and work with figures.
- Ability to work independently, 'can-do' mentality.
Compensation: $112,200 - $196,400 base pay + equity (when applicable), variable/incentive compensation, and benefits. Compensation varies by location.
