Supplier Lifecycle Manager is an individual contributor role leading Supplier Lifecycle Management and development/implementation of processes/programs within the Sourcing and Procurement Center of Excellence.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor and analyze supplier performance (quality, delivery, cost, risk, sustainability).
- Collaborate with sourcing/procurement teams, conduct supplier audits, identify areas for improvement.
- Document action plans to optimize supplier performance, working with business stakeholders.
- Lead supplier segmentation processes.
- Design/implement supplier lifecycle programs and governance models (considering spend, risk).
- Serve as SME on supplier relationship management best practices.
- Advise sourcing/business stakeholders on business reviews, performance measurement, and supplier improvement plans.
- Design common methodology for supplier performance measurement company-wide.
- Lead periodic supplier segmentation processes to identify strategic suppliers.
- Design governance framework for supplier relationship management based on segmentation.
- Advocate for implementing supplier performance measurement approaches for strategic suppliers.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to implement and report on supplier performance measurement processes.
- Define best practices for integrating supplier performance measurement results into supplier business reviews.
- Develop/maintain standardized templates and best practices for supplier business reviews.
- Serve as SME advising business/sourcing on supplier performance improvement processes.
- Identify opportunities to integrate supplier performance measurement into selection/onboarding/sourcing processes.
- Develop/maintain process for identifying and designating Preferred Suppliers.
- Drive process for identifying/proactively offboarding critical suppliers (with sourcing, business, legal).
- Other COE process/programs as needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree + 8 years related experience, or equivalent.
- Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills.
- Expert knowledge of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
- Expert knowledge of supplier governance and supplier relationship management.
- Working knowledge of sourcing processes and standard business practices.
- Strong judgment and decision-making skills.
- Influence management skills with internal/external stakeholders.
- Ability to gather/analyze data and work with figures.
- Ability to work independently.
- Can-do mentality.
Compensation: $112,200 - $196,400 (base), plus equity, variable/incentive compensation, benefits.
