Supplier Lifecycle Manager is an individual contributor role leading Supplier Lifecycle Management and development/implementation of other processes/programs within the Sourcing and Procurement Center of Excellence.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor/analyze supplier performance (quality, delivery, cost, risk, sustainability).
- Collaborate with sourcing/procurement teams; conduct supplier audits.
- Identify areas for improvement; work with stakeholders to document action plans.
- Lead supplier segmentation processes; design/implement lifecycle programs/governance models.
- Serve as SME on supplier relationship management best practices; advise on periodic business reviews, performance measurement, and supplier improvement plans.
- Design common methodology for supplier performance measurement.
- Lead periodic supplier segmentation.
- Design governance framework for supplier relationship management.
- Advocate for implementing supplier performance measurement approaches.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to implement/report on supplier performance measurement processes.
- Define best practices for integrating results into supplier business reviews.
- Develop/maintain standardized templates & best practices for supplier business reviews.
- Advise business/sourcing functions on supplier performance improvement.
- Identify opportunities to integrate supplier performance measurement results into selection/onboarding/sourcing processes.
- Develop/maintain process for identifying/designating Preferred Suppliers.
- Drive process for identifying/proactively offboarding critical suppliers.
- Other COE process/programs as needed.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree + 8 years related experience, or equivalent.
- Strong professional/interpersonal communication skills.
- Excellent organization/time management skills.
- Expert knowledge of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and other proposal software.
- Expert knowledge of supplier governance/supplier relationship management.
- Working knowledge of sourcing processes/standard business practices.
- Solid judgment/decision-making skills.
- Expert influence management skills.
- Data gathering/analysis skills.
- Ability to work independently.
Compensation: $112,200 - $196,400 + equity/variable/incentive compensation + benefits.
