Main Job Responsibilities:
Drive and support inventory reconciliation activities: provide support to Production on issues impacting inventory accuracy/reconciliation, serve as first escalation point in Service Ops for issues related to inventory reconciliation, provide weekly and monthly updates on inventory reconciliation, provide monthly cycle count updates in weekly meetings, hold Production Support account to address open issues in a timely manner and to provide clear communication on open issues, organize internally and publish month end schedules and enforce report submission deadlines. Act as SME from Service Ops to review inventory discrepancies and reconciliation issues and engage appropriate parties on solution, identify and recommend process and systematic improvement opportunities for inventory reconciliation and inventory accuracy to increase process efficiency, inventory accuracy and process controls.
Drive manual inventory adjustments: work with XFNs to gather accurate and consistent information for manual adjustments, document inventory adjustment requests in Task using clear, consistent and accurate information on business context, actions needed and impacts; act as the first point for questions related to inventory adjustments. Escalate follow-up questions to SMEs as needed and follow up on task approvals with Accounting and leadership as needed in order to hit month end schedule and deadlines. Identify and recommend process and systematic improvement opportunities to minimize manual inventory adjustments.
Manage cycle count process activities globally across our Service Centers: communicate cycle count schedules to Service Centers and follow up to ensure timely submission of cycle count reports, update and maintain Global Cycle Count Report based on reports from Service Centers, maintain ABC inventory list up to date, follow up on counting errors with Service Centers and document RCA in the monthly report for improvements. Provide monthly cycle count updates in weekly meetings.
Update and publish monthly forecasts: prepare, analyze, consolidate and publish forecasts and publish to Service Centers.
Maintain and Drive Warehouse Capacity Forecasting: maintain the forecasting tool up to date and current with all inputs: receiving volumes, production, shipping, exceptions, etc. Establish and enforce workframe around data inputs that need to be updated in the forecasting tool with stakeholders involved, ensure calculations in the tool are correct and consistent. Maintain tool to run smoothly and efficiently. Provide monthly updates on projected warehouse capacity projections over the next 3-6-12-18-24 months. Drive simplification and optimization of the tool. Act as the owner of the tool ensuring end-to-end updates and driving optimization. Consult with Service Ops SME for changes and modifications to the tool. Support tool automation efforts with Analytics by sharing knowledge and input on existing solution.
Manage sub-inventory transfer requests and work definition set ups in the system.
Review and potentially optimize end-to-end supply operations and processes.
Review, analyze and report metrics and operational KPIs.
Develop, manage and maintain a well-coordinated internal relationship with key decision makers and with the wider enterprise organization.

Education/Experience:
Bachelor's degree in business management, logistics, supply chain, economics, finance, accounting or relevant field required.
5+ years of experience in supply chain, logistics, service operations.
