This role offers an exciting opportunity to shape the future of our services, ensuring excellence and innovation in everything we do.
What you’ll be doing:
- Leading the surveying function to deliver strategic goals and service excellence
- Exploring how data and AI can enhance surveying practices
- Managing resources and workforce planning across digital and physical surveying
- Driving performance through innovation, automation and process improvement
- Collaborating with technical and risk teams to ensure quality and compliance
- Representing the company at industry meetings, developing key contacts
- Overseeing ISO 9001 compliance and promoting a culture of continuous improvement
- Championing transformation through data, technology and customer insight
Who we’re looking for:
- Proven leadership experience in surveying, valuation or mortgage services
- Strong knowledge of the mortgage industry, survey and valuation products, and RICS regulation; you must be RICS qualified
- Data curious and genuinely inquisitive and excited about the future of surveying
- Experience of working as a surveyor or in a lender risk team
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop teams
- Effective communicator at all levels, with strong influencing skills
- Experience managing budgets and leading high-performing teams
- Commitment to delivering good customer outcomes and maintaining high standards of business ethics
