The Role
The SVP of Product Development reports to the CTO and manages a cross-functional team (6-8 Product Managers, Product Designers, Technical Operations leads).
Responsibilities
- Building, managing, & mentoring the product team
- Collaborating with Designers and Engineers
- Driving successful B2B product development that meets user and buyer needs
- Achieving both 0-1 and 1-10 product success
Candidate Profile
Experience: 10+ years Product Management, 5+ leading Product Managers. Experience leading cross-functional teams with Product Designers/Engineers preferred. Hardware/ML experience preferred.

- Proven ability to achieve 0-1 & 1-10 success
- Strong critical thinking and communication skills
- Ability to convince others and use quantitative/qualitative analysis
