The Role
As a Tax Supervisor, you will prepare and review tax returns, conduct tax research, and advise on tax matters.
Key Responsibilities
- Handles tax compliance for business, individual, and fiduciary clients.
- Complies with federal, state, and local requirements.
- Maintains professional knowledge.
- Trains and develops staff.
- Manages multiple projects and deadlines.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 4 years of tax accounting experience.
- Excellent project management, analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Self-motivated and able to multi-task.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
- Working towards CPA license.
- Knowledge of estate, gift, trust management.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, CCH Axcess, and Microsoft Office.
