Your mission with us:
As Team Lead FP&A, you will lead and develop a team, own planning, forecasting, and financial control processes, and provide strategic insights.
Your tasks:
- Financial Planning & Analysis: Manage forecasting, enhance financial models, drive process automation, monitor budget vs. actuals, prepare KPI dashboards, and drive cost control.
- Leadership & Team Development: Lead and develop a team, foster a supportive culture, provide mentorship, and collaborate cross-functionally.
You bring to Lingoda
- 6-8 years of relevant FP&A experience in high-growth tech.
- Previous leadership experience managing FP&A teams.
- Excellent financial modeling capabilities.
- Experience with modern FP&A tools.
- Track record of process improvement and automation.
- Fluency in English and German.
