Full-Time Technical Product Owner - API

We are seeking a Technical Product Specialist to manage client support.

You will report to the Software Development Director.

Responsibilities:

• Manage client support issues, ensuring a seamless experience.
• Plan and track support issues, coordinating dependencies with other teams.
• Hold meetings with Sales, Product Management, and Development to discuss client issues and prioritize them for Agile sprints (Jira, Confluence).
• Understand technical specifications of the product (API, JSON, AWS, monitoring, troubleshooting).
• Partner with the Product Manager to understand the customer's needs and identify product improvements.
• Review and support product documentation.
• Provide regular status updates to clients and leadership (dashboards, client satisfaction).
• Track metrics to measure support process efficiency and identify areas for improvement.
• Improve support processes based on feedback and performance data.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a technical field.
• 3+ years of technical product management experience (client support, technical support, client success).
• 3+ years of experience in new product planning and delivery (concept to launch).
• Strong time management, focus on detail, and organizational skills.
• Experience identifying, evaluating, and recommending client-centric solutions.
• Knowledge of API systems, JSON, AWS, Tableau, Jira, ServiceNow, and other monitoring/troubleshooting techniques.
• Experience with diagnosing and troubleshooting client software issues.
• Ability to prioritize and escalate client issues to development teams.
• Ability to contribute to the knowledge database.
• Passion for continuous learning and improvement.
